The Tower

I couldn't do a Saturn return collection without The Tower, which is the card of ultimate inescapable transformation. Card XVI in the Major Arcana story, The Tower represents radical and momentous change. Although the card looks frightening (lightning! fire! a storm!), the change it represents is not necessarily frightening, bad, or ominous. However, it does mean transformation that is groundbreaking and will shake your foundation. Since the beginning of my Saturn return, I have expanded my yarn business by orders of magnitude, completed a Master's degree, committed myself to a future with my partner (aka signed a lease together), lost my soul cat, and radically changed my appearance with a haircut and new tattoos. I have found new confidence in myself; as The Tower tells us, your old ways of thinking and acting no longer serve you. This card means it's time to find another way.
