Katie is the creator of Claws Out Yarn Co., formerly KatieKnitsinBoston. She is the CEO, creative director, product developer, and social media manager. Katie dyes yarn based on her favorite places, personal interests, and vibes.
Vito
Vito was the FEO (Feline Executive Officer) at Claws Out Yarn Co. He oversaw production from his perch on the kitchen counter, monitored skein labeling efforts, and provided morale-boosting cuddles whether you wanted them or not. Caution: there might be cat hair in your yarn, no matter how hard Katie tries to make sure there isn't.
Vito passed away in March 2024. We miss him, and Claws Out Yarn Co. is named in honor of this sweet orange boy.
