Lupine Meadow

This tonal yarn is inspired by one of Maine's iconic flowers, the lupine. I haven't actually seen lupines on Monhegan but the flower feels very symbolic of spending time in Maine, and I see them on the drive up the coast before getting on the boat to the island. Lupines can come in many colors, including pink and blue, but when I think of them I think of this light purple color.
